sunset\" href=\"\/62.1-256.2\/\">62.1-256.2<\/a>. <a id=\"paragraph-300642\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/10.1-1183.1\/#C\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"D\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">D.<\/span> In even-numbered years, the <span class=\"dictionary\">consolidated report<\/span> shall also include the reports required pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Wastewater infrastructure needs assessment\" href=\"\/62.1-223.3\/\">62.1-223.3<\/a>. <a id=\"paragraph-300646\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/10.1-1183.1\/#G\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nDEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL REPORT (\u00a7 10.1-1183.1)\n\nA. As used in this section, &#8220;consolidated report&#8221; means the report\nsubmitted by the Department pursuant to this section in satisfaction of any\nrequirements of &#xA7;&#xA7; 10.1-1186.1, 10.1-1307, 10.1-1307.04, 10.1-1322,\n10.1-1322.5, 10.1-1330, 10.1-1402.1, 10.1-1413.1, 10.1-1425.17, 62.1-44.15:6,\n62.1-44.17:3, 62.1-44.34:21, 62.1-44.40, 62.1-69.35:2, 62.1-69.44, 62.1-223.3,\nand 62.1-256.2.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other provision of &#xA7;&#xA7; 10.1-1186.1, 10.1-1307,\n10.1-1307.04, 10.1-1322, 10.1-1322.5, 10.1-1330, 10.1-1402.1, 10.1-1413.1,\n10.1-1425.17, 62.1-44.15:6, 62.1-44.17:3, 62.1-44.34:21, 62.1-44.40,\n62.1-69.35:2, 62.1-69.44, 62.1-223.3, and 62.1-256.2, the Department shall be\ndeemed to have satisfied the reporting requirements of those sections by\nsubmitting the consolidated report to the Governor and the General Assembly no\nlater than October 1 of each year.\n\nC. Each year, the consolidated report shall include the reports required\npursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7; 10.1-1186.1, 10.1-1307, 10.1-1322.5, 10.1-1330,\n10.1-1413.1, 10.1-1425.17, 62.1-44.40, 62.1-69.35:2, 62.1-69.44, and 62.1-256.2.\n\nD. In even-numbered years, the consolidated report shall also include the\nreports required pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7; 10.1-1322, 10.1-1402.1, and\n62.1-44.15:6.\n\nE. In odd-numbered years, the consolidated report shall also include the reports\nrequired pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7; 62.1-44.17:3 and 62.1-44.34:21.\n\nF.
