This law was first created in 2010. A.<\/span> A copy of an environmental covenant<\/span> shall be provided by the persons<\/span> and in the manner required by the agency<\/span> to: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Each person<\/span> that signed the covenant; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Each person<\/span> holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the covenant; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Each person<\/span> in possession<\/span> of the real property subject to the covenant; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
