and <a id=\"paragraph-302437\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/13.1-1094\/#A6\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"A7\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">7.<\/span> Any <span class=\"dictionary\">creditor<\/span> or other obligee of the protected series is deemed to be a <span class=\"dictionary\">creditor<\/span> or obligee of the series <span class=\"dictionary\">limited liability company<\/span>. <a id=\"paragraph-302438\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/13.1-1094\/#A7\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">B.<\/span> Subsection A does not apply if its application would: <a id=\"paragraph-302439\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/13.1-1094\/#B\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B1\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">1.<\/span> Vary &#xA7; Accept for filing a type of record that this chapter expressly does not authorize or require a <span class=\"dictionary\">person<\/span> to deliver to the <span class=\"dictionary\">Commission<\/span> for filing; or\n\t\t\t\tb. A protected series manager is deemed to be a manager of the series limited\n   liability company;\n\n   6. An asset of the protected series is deemed to be an asset of the series\n   limited liability company, whether or not the asset is an associated asset of\n   the protected series; and\n\n   7. Any creditor or other obligee of the protected series is deemed to be a\n   creditor or obligee of the series limited liability company.\n\nB.
