Except as provided in \u00a7\u00a7 19.2-389.1 and 19.2-390, such records shall be open for inspection only in accordance with the provisions of \u00a7 16.1-305 and shall be subject to expungement provisions of \u00a7 16.1-306. Unfortunately, the 1977 \u201cActs\u201d aren\u2019t available online. It has been modified 3 times. Those modifications are cataloged by \u201cThe Acts of Assembly,\u201d a state publication, by year and chapter.
