13.<\/span> Clerk of the circuit<\/span> court (.1431718). <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>","plain_text":" CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nFIXED FEE FOR FELONY REDUCED TO MISDEMEANOR (\u00a7 17.1-275.2)\n\nIn circuit court, upon the conviction of a person of any and each misdemeanor\nreduced from a felony charge, or upon a deferred disposition of proceedings in\nthe case of any and each misdemeanor reduced from a felony charge and deferred\npursuant to the terms and conditions of \u00a7 4.1-305, 16.1-278.8, 16.1-278.9,\n18.2-57.3, 19.2-298.02, 19.2-303.2, or 19.2-303.6, there shall be assessed as\ncourt costs a fee of $227, to be known as the fixed fee for felony reduced to\nmisdemeanor. However, this section shall not apply to those proceedings provided\nfor in \u00a7 17.1-275.8.\n\t\tThe amount collected, in whole or in part, for the fixed fee for felony\nreduced to misdemeanor shall be apportioned to the following funds in the\nfractional amounts designated:\n\n1.
