This law was first created in 1999. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 9<\/a> of that year\u2019s edition of \u201cActs of Assembly,\u201d the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. 14.<\/span> Any fee for a DNA sample as prescribed in § 19.2-310.2<\/a>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

15.<\/span> Reimbursement to the Commonwealth of medical fees as prescribed in § 19.2-165.1<\/a>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

16.<\/span> Any fee for a local criminal justice training academy as prescribed in § 9.1-106<\/a>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

17.<\/span> Any fee prescribed by §§ 16.1-69.48:1.01<\/a> and 17.1-275.11<\/a>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

18.<\/span> Any expenses charged pursuant to subsection B or F of § 19.2-187.1<\/a>; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

19.<\/span> Any fee for an electronic summons<\/span> system as prescribed in § 17.1-279.1<\/a>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
