A second or subsequent conviction<\/span> under this subsection is punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor<\/span> if the prior conviction<\/span> occurred before the date of the offense<\/span> charged. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

C.<\/span> This section shall not apply to: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> The blocking of caller identification information<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Any law<\/span>-enforcement agencies or any law<\/span>-enforcement officer while he is engaged in the performance of his official duties; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Any intelligence or security agency of the federal government or any employee of such agency while he is engaged in the performance of his official duties; or <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
