This law was first created in 1994. If a child support order<\/span> issued by a tribunal<\/span> of the Commonwealth is modified by a tribunal<\/span> of another state<\/span> that assumed jurisdiction<\/span> pursuant to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, a tribunal<\/span> of the Commonwealth:<\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> May enforce its order that was modified only as to arrears<\/span> and interest accruing before the modification; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> May provide appropriate relief for violations of its order that occurred before the effective date of the modification; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
