1209 and 1211, and received orders to relocate and (ii) moved back to and currently lives in the school&#8217;s attendance area; or2\n\nContinues to live in the school&#8217;s attendance area, but whose parent, as defined in &#xA7; 22.1-1, moved out of the school&#8217;s attendance area because that parent is a full-time active duty member of the uniformed services of the United States, including service in the National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders pursuant to 10 U.S.C. &#xA7;&#xA7; 1209 and 1211, and received orders to relocate.B\n\nNothing in this section shall affect the school board&#8217;s discretion to admit a student to a public school in the local school division and charge tuition for his attendance if the student is not deemed to reside in the local school division pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA7;
