Manufacture, sale, gift, distribution, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, give, or distribute a controlled substance;\n\t\t\tb. Sale, possession with intent to sell, or placing an advertisement for the purpose of selling drug paraphernalia; or\n\t\t\tc.
