(ii) designated by regulation of the Board; and (iii) explicitly delineated in a conservation plan.\n\t\t&#8220;Fish or wildlife&#8221; means any member of the animal kingdom, vertebrate or invertebrate, except for the class Insecta, and includes any part, products, egg, or the dead body or parts thereof.\n\t\t&#8220;Incidental take&#8221; Unfortunately, the 1972 \u201cActs\u201d aren\u2019t available online. It has been modified 4 times. Those modifications are cataloged by \u201cThe Acts of Assembly,\u201d a state publication, by year and chapter. Those modifications that can be read on the General Assembly\u2019s website will be linked accordingly.
