2.<\/span> Indicate on the certificate in the place designated for that purpose that the watercraft<\/span> is hull damaged<\/span> and deliver the certificate to the transferee. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

B.<\/span> Not later than 20 days after delivery to the Department<\/span> of the application under subdivision A 1 or the certificate of title<\/span> under subdivision A 2, the Department<\/span> shall create a new certificate that indicates that the watercraft<\/span> is branded “Hull Damaged<\/span>.” <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
