7.<\/span> All title brands<\/span> indicated in the files of the Department<\/span> covering the watercraft<\/span>, including brands indicated on a certificate created by a governmental agency of another jurisdiction<\/span> and delivered to the Department<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

B.<\/span> The Department<\/span> may note on a certificate of title<\/span> the name and mailing address of a secured party that is not a secured party of record<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

C.<\/span> For each title brand<\/span> indicated on a certificate of title<\/span>, the certificate shall identify the jurisdiction<\/span> under whose law<\/span> the title brand<\/span> was created or the jurisdiction<\/span> that created the certificate on which the title brand<\/span> was indicated.
