All moneys collected and allocated from marine fisheries license fees required under Subtitle II (\u00a7 28.2-200 et seq.) of Title 28.2 shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the Fund. Interest earned on moneys in the Fund shall remain in the Fund and be credited to it.
