except those exempted by the Commissioner.\n\t\t“Dosage form” means any animal remedy prepared in tablets, pills, capsules, ampules, or other units suitable for administration as an animal remedy.\n\t\t“Drug” means articles: (i) recognized in the latest addition or any supplement thereto of the Official United States Pharmacopoeia, the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or the Official National Formulary; (ii) intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in animals; (iii) other than food or cosmetics, intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of animals;
