1.<\/span> Transports<\/span> waste kitchen grease<\/span> in a container or containers with a total capacity of no more than 275 gallons on any one vehicle at any time; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Possesses or controls no more than 1,320 gallons of waste kitchen grease<\/span>, biofuel feedstock derived from waste kitchen grease<\/span>, or biofuel at any time, excluding biofuel contained in vehicle fuel tanks used to power the vehicle’s movement; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Does not obtain waste kitchen grease<\/span> from (i) a container owned by a registered transporter of waste kitchen grease<\/span>, (ii) a food establishment<\/span> under contract<\/span> with a registered transporter of waste kitchen grease<\/span>, or (iii) a container owned by a renderer<\/span> or collection center. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

B.<\/span> An individual who transports<\/span> waste kitchen grease<\/span> to a facility for the purpose of conversion to biofuel shall not be required to register pursuant to \u00a7 3.2-5509<\/a> provided that: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> He meets all the requirements of subsection A; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> He transports<\/span> waste kitchen grease<\/span> to no more than one facility, other than on his own property, during a one-day period; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Such facility has a capacity to produce no more than 500 gallons per day of biofuel; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
