The Department<\/span> may deny, suspend, or revoke a license to operate a shooting enclosure<\/span>, if the:<\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Applicant for a license does not own or lease the land that will be used for the shooting enclosure<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Applicant for a license does not meet local zoning and land-use requirements; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Operation of the shooting enclosure<\/span> poses a threat to the health of humans, wildlife<\/span>, or livestock<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
