or having had a license revoked, suspended or denied by a similar entity in another state; or engaging in conduct in another state which conduct, if committed in this Commonwealth, would have been a violation under this chapter;12\n\nDefrauding any buyer, to the buyer’s damage, or any other person in the conduct of the regulant’s business; Unfortunately, the 1991 \u201cActs\u201d aren\u2019t available online. It has been modified 2 times. 12.<\/span> Defrauding any buyer<\/span>, to the buyer<\/span>’s damage, or any other person<\/span> in the conduct of the regulant<\/span>’s business; or <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

13.<\/span> Failure to comply with any provisions of this chapter. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

B.<\/span> The Board<\/span> may revoke or deny renewal of an existing license or refuse to issue<\/span> a license to any manufactured home broker<\/span>, dealer<\/span>, manufacturer or salesperson<\/span> who is shown to have a substantial identity of interest<\/span> with a manufactured home broker<\/span>, dealer<\/span>, or manufacturer whose license has been revoked or not renewed by the Board<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
