Insects, blights, or disease of such property other than animals; or\n\n   3. Electrical disturbance causing or concomitant with a fire or an explosion;\n   or\n\n   4. The ownership, maintenance or use of elevators, except loss or damage by\n   fire. This class of insurance includes the incidental power to make\n   inspections of and to issue certificates of inspection upon any such elevator;\n   or\n\n   5. Bombardment, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war or commotion, military\n   or usurped power, any order of a civil authority made to prevent the spread of\n   a conflagration, epidemic or catastrophe, vandalism or malicious mischief,\n   strike or lockout, collapse from any cause, or explosion; but not including\n   any kind of insurance specified in &#xA7; 38.2-115, except insurance against\n   loss or damage to property resulting from:\n   \t\t\t\ta. Explosion of pressure vessels, except steam boilers of more than\n   fifteen pounds pressure, in buildings designed and used solely for residential\n   purposes by not more than four families;\n   \t\t\t\tb. Explosion of any kind originating outside of the insured building or\n   outside of the building containing the insured property;\n   \t\t\t\tc. Explosion of pressure vessels not containing steam; or\n   \t\t\t\td. Electrical disturbance causing or concomitant with an explosion; or\n\n   6.
