If a vendor<\/span> of portable electronics<\/span> or its employee or authorized representative violates any provision of this article, the Commission<\/span> may do any of the following:<\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> After notice and hearing<\/span>, impose fines and penalties in accordance with § 38.2-218<\/a>; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
