Any such rules and regulations shall apply to any policy forms of accident and sickness <span class=\"dictionary\">insurance<\/span> as defined in &#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Accident and sickness\" href=\"\/38.2-109\/\">38.2-109<\/a>, except credit accident and sickness <span class=\"dictionary\">insurance<\/span>, issued on a nongroup basis or to groups with ten or fewer members. <a id=\"paragraph-237408\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3404\/#A\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">B.<\/span> The rules and regulations issued hereunder may permit an <span class=\"dictionary\">insurer<\/span> to <span class=\"dictionary\">issue<\/span> policies containing policy provisions that deviate in language from the policy provisions required by &#xA7;&#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Form of policy\" href=\"\/38.2-3500\/\">38.2-3500<\/a> through <a class=\"law\" title=\"Order of certain policy provisions\" href=\"\/38.2-3506\/\">38.2-3506<\/a> where applicable, provided the provisions in each instance are not less favorable to the insured or the beneficiary. <a id=\"paragraph-237409\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3404\/#B\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"C\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">C.<\/span> No <span class=\"dictionary\">insurer<\/span> shall deliver or <span class=\"dictionary\">issue<\/span> for delivery an accident and sickness <span class=\"dictionary\">insurance<\/span> policy in this Commonwealth unless the <span class=\"dictionary\">Commission<\/span> has determined that the policy form satisfies the readability standards established by the rules and regulations and is in compliance with other statutory requirements. <a id=\"paragraph-237410\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3404\/#C\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nCOMMISSION MAY ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SIMPLIFIED AND READABLE\nACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE POLICIES (\u00a7 38.2-3404)\n\nA.
