Upon approval by a carrier of a credentialing application made by a private mental health agency, any mental health professional employed or engaged by such agency shall be deemed credentialed pursuant to the approved credentialing application of the private mental health agency. Upon approval by a carrier of a credentialing application made by a <span class=\"dictionary\">private mental health agency<\/span>, any <span class=\"dictionary\">mental health professional<\/span> employed or engaged by such agency shall be deemed credentialed pursuant to the approved credentialing application of the <span class=\"dictionary\">private mental health agency<\/span>. If a carrier opts to credential a <span class=\"dictionary\">private mental health agency<\/span>, at a minimum the protocols and procedures established by the carrier shall: <a id=\"paragraph-206720\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3407.10_2\/#B\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B1\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">1.<\/span> Apply only if the <span class=\"dictionary\">private mental health agency<\/span>&#8217;s credentialing application is approved by the carrier; and <a id=\"paragraph-206721\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3407.10_2\/#B1\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B2\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">2.<\/span> Require a <span class=\"dictionary\">private mental health agency<\/span> to maintain minimum audit report requirements, as determined by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. <a id=\"paragraph-206722\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3407.10_2\/#B2\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"C\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">C.<\/span> The <span class=\"dictionary\">Commission<\/span> shall have no <span class=\"dictionary\">jurisdiction<\/span> to <span class=\"dictionary\">adjudicate<\/span> individual controversies arising out of this section. <a id=\"paragraph-206723\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/38.2-3407.10_2\/#C\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nCREDENTIALING OF PRIVATE MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES (\u00a7 38.2-3407.10:2)\n\nA.
