3.<\/span> Reinsurance payments<\/span> made to eligible carriers<\/span>; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.<\/span> Administrative and operational expenses incurred for the Program<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
