Each vehicle sharing platform agreement<\/span> shall disclose to the shared vehicle owner<\/span> and the shared vehicle driver<\/span>:<\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Any right of the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing<\/span> platform<\/span> to seek indemnification from the shared vehicle owner<\/span> or the shared vehicle driver<\/span> for economic loss sustained by the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing<\/span> platform<\/span> resulting from a breach of terms and conditions of the vehicle sharing platform agreement<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> That a motor vehicle<\/span> liability insurance policy provided by the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing<\/span> platform<\/span> to the shared vehicle owner<\/span> for the shared vehicle or to the shared vehicle driver<\/span> does not provide a defense or indemnification for any claim asserted by the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing<\/span> platform<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
