5.<\/span> Employment of fraudulent devices, methods or practices in connection with compliance with the requirements under the statutes<\/span> of the Commonwealth with respect to the retaking of vehicles<\/span> under retail installment contracts<\/span> and the redemption<\/span> and resale of those vehicles<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.<\/span> Having used<\/span> deceptive acts or practices; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
