Any motor carrier, TNC broker, broker, or excursion train operator or any\nofficer, agent, employee, or representative thereof, or a TNC partner, who\nwillfully fails or refuses to make a report to the Department as required by\nthis chapter or to keep accounts, records, and memoranda in the form and manner\napproved or prescribed by the Department, or knowingly and willfully falsifies,\ndestroys, mutilates, or alters any such report, account, record, or memorandum,\nor knowingly and willfully files any false report, account, record, or\nmemorandum, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject for each\noffense to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $5,000.\n\nHISTORY: 2001, c. 596; 2002, c. 861; 2015, cc. 2, 3; 2017, c. 635.","edition":{"id":1,"name":"2025","slug":"2025","date_created":"2026-06-21 22:39:22","date_modified":"2026-06-21 22:39:22","current":1,"order_by":1,"last_import":null}}
