A.<\/span> Every third party tester<\/span> shall: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Notify the Department<\/span> in a format prescribed by the Department<\/span> within 10 days of any change in:\n\t\t\t\ta. The third party tester<\/span>’s name or address; or\n\t\t\t\tb. The third party examiners<\/span> who are employed by the third party tester<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Notify the Department<\/span> in a format prescribed by the Department<\/span> within 10 days of any of the following occurrences:\n\t\t\t\ta. The third party tester<\/span> ceases business operations in Virginia;\n\t\t\t\tb. The third party tester<\/span> fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth in this article; or\n\t\t\t\tc. Any third party examiner<\/span> fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth in this article. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Notify the Department<\/span> of any proposed change in the skills test route at least 30 days before the third party tester<\/span> plans to change the route. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
