A.<\/span> Skills tests shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the provisions of this article and with current test instructions provided from time to time by the Department<\/span>. B.<\/span> Skills tests shall be conducted: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> On test routes that are located at least in part in Virginia and have been approved by the Department<\/span>; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> In a vehicle<\/span> that is representative of the class and type of vehicle<\/span> for which the commercial driver<\/span>’s license applicant<\/span> seeks to be licensed and for which the third party tester<\/span> and third party examiner<\/span> are certified to test; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> In vehicles<\/span> that are inspected, licensed, and insured<\/span>, as required by law<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

C.<\/span> All third party testers<\/span> shall submit a skills test schedule of commercial driver<\/span>’s license skills testing appointments to the Department<\/span> no later than two business days prior to each test. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
