A.<\/span> The Department<\/span> will accept a skills test certificate issued in accordance with this section as satisfaction of the skills test component of the commercial driver<\/span>’s license examination. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

B.<\/span> Skills test certificates may be issued only to drivers<\/span> who have passed the skills test conducted in accordance with this chapter and the instructions issued by the Department<\/span>. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

C.<\/span> A skills test certificate will be accepted by the Department<\/span> only if it is: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Issued by a third party tester<\/span> certified by the Department<\/span> in accordance with this article; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> In a format prescribed by the Department<\/span>, completed in its entirety, without alteration; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Signed by the third party examiner<\/span> who conducted the skills test. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
