Part 383.52, the <span class=\"dictionary\">Department<\/span> shall make a notation of such <span class=\"dictionary\">disqualification<\/span> on the <span class=\"dictionary\">driver<\/span> record maintained by the <span class=\"dictionary\">Department<\/span> and any <span class=\"dictionary\">disqualification<\/span> imposed by the <span class=\"dictionary\">Department<\/span> on the <span class=\"dictionary\">driver<\/span> shall run concurrently with the period of <span class=\"dictionary\">disqualification<\/span> imposed pursuant to 49 CFR 383.52.<\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nDISQUALIFICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF IMMINENT HAZARD (\u00a7 46.2-341.20:3)\n\nIf the Department receives notification from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety\nAdministration that a driver determined to constitute an imminent hazard has\nbeen disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle pursuant to 49\nC.F.R.
