Commissioner may take possession of them\" href=\"\/46.2-370\/\">46.2-370<\/a> and <a class=\"law\" title=\"Reinstatement of suspended or revoked license or other privilege to operate or register a motor vehicle; proof of financial responsibility; reinstatement fee\" href=\"\/46.2-411\/\">46.2-411<\/a> as conditions to the reinstatement of his <span class=\"dictionary\">privilege<\/span> to drive a commercial <span class=\"dictionary\">motor vehicle<\/span>.\n\t\tAny <span class=\"dictionary\">person<\/span> who has been disqualified pursuant to the provisions of \u00a7&nbsp;<a class=\"law\" title=\"Disqualification for certain offenses\" href=\"\/46.2-341.18\/\">46.2-341.18<\/a> shall be required as further conditions to reinstatement of his <span class=\"dictionary\">privilege<\/span> to operate a commercial <span class=\"dictionary\">motor vehicle<\/span>, to (i) apply for such license; (ii) pass the knowledge and skills tests required for the class and type of commercial <span class=\"dictionary\">motor vehicle<\/span> for which he seeks to be licensed; and (iii) satisfy all other applicable licensing requirements, including the payment of licensing fees, imposed by the <span class=\"dictionary\">laws<\/span> of the Commonwealth.\n\t\tThe provisions of this section shall not apply to <span class=\"dictionary\">out-of-service orders<\/span> issued pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7&nbsp;<a class=\"law\" title=\"Implied consent to post-arrest chemical test to determine alcohol or drug content of blood of commercial driver\" href=\"\/46.2-341.26_2\/\">46.2-341.26:2<\/a> and <a class=\"law\" title=\"Refusal of tests; issuance of out-of-service orders; disqualification\" href=\"\/46.2-341.26_3\/\">46.2-341.26:3<\/a>.<\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nREQUIREMENTS UPON DISQUALIFICATION (\u00a7 46.2-341.22)\n\nAny person who has been disqualified pursuant to any provision of this article\nshall be subject to the provisions of \u00a7\u00a7 46.2-370 and 46.2-414, and shall be\nrequired to comply with the provisions of \u00a7\u00a7 46.2-370 and 46.2-411 as\nconditions to the reinstatement of his privilege to drive a commercial motor\nvehicle.\n\t\tAny person who has been disqualified pursuant to the provisions of \u00a7\n46.2-341.18 shall be required as further conditions to reinstatement of his\nprivilege to operate a commercial motor vehicle, to (i) apply for such license;\n(ii) pass the knowledge and skills tests required for the class and type of\ncommercial motor vehicle for which he seeks to be licensed;
