The Department shall submit the annual report to the Governor, the Chairmen\nof the House Committee on Public Safety and the Senate Committee on\nRehabilitation and Social Services, and the Clerks of the House of Delegates and\nthe Senate as provided in the procedures of the Division of Legislative\nAutomated Systems for the processing of legislative documents and reports, and\nthe annual report shall be posted on the General Assembly&#8217;s website.
