A.<\/span> The Board<\/span> may issue<\/span> a restricted volunteer license<\/span> to a dental hygienist<\/span> who: <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.<\/span> Held an unrestricted license<\/span> in Virginia or another state as a licensee in good standing at the time the license<\/span> expired or became inactive; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Is sponsored and supervised by a dentist<\/span> who holds an unrestricted license<\/span> in the Commonwealth; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
