Any licensed midwife from delegating to an apprentice or personnel in his\npersonal employ and supervised by him such activities or functions that are\nnondiscretionary and that do not require the exercise of professional judgment\nfor their performance, if such activities or functions are authorized by and\nperformed for the licensed midwife and responsibility for such activities or\nfunctions is assumed by the licensed midwife; or\n\n2.
