A permitted manufacturer, wholesale distributor, warehouser, nonresident\nwarehouser, third-party logistics provider, or nonresident third-party logistics\nprovider, or registered nonresident manufacturer or nonresident wholesale\ndistributor may deliver Schedule VI prescription devices directly to an ultimate\nuser’s or consumer’s residence to be administered by persons\nauthorized to administer such devices, provided that (i) such delivery is made\non behalf of a medical director of a home health agency, nursing home, assisted\nliving facility, or hospice who has requested the distribution of the Schedule\nVI prescription device and directs the delivery of such device to the ultimate\nuser’s or consumer’s residence and (ii) the medical director on\nwhose behalf such Schedule VI prescription device is being delivered has entered\ninto an agreement with the manufacturer, nonresident manufacturer, wholesale\ndistributor, nonresident wholesale distributor, warehouser, nonresident\nwarehouser, third-party logistics provider, or nonresident third-party logistics\nprovider for such delivery.\n\nHISTORY: 2018, cc. 241, 242.","edition":{"id":1,"name":"2025","slug":"2025","date_created":"2026-06-21 22:39:22","date_modified":"2026-06-21 22:39:22","current":1,"order_by":1,"last_import":null}}
