4.<\/span> Aggregate total discounts, dispensing<\/span> fees, and other fees negotiated in the last calendar year with pharmacies, for the 25 costliest drugs<\/span> dispensed in the Commonwealth, in total. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
