Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any of the following narcotic drugs or their salts thereof:\n\t\t\tBuprenorphine.\n\t\t\tb. Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing limited quantities of any of the following narcotic drugs, or any salts thereof:\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with an equal or greater quantity of an isoquinoline alkaloid of opium;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of dihydrocodeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 300 milligrams of ethylmorphine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 15 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 500 milligrams of opium per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams, or not more than 25 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 50 milligrams of morphine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts.4\n\nUnless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a stimulant effect on the central nervous system, including its salts, isomers (whether optical, position, or geometric), and salts of such isomers whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation:\n\t\t\tBenzphetamine;\n\t\t\tChlorphentermine;\n\t\t\tClortermine;\n\t\t\tPhendimetrazine.5\n\nThe Board may except by regulation any compound, mixture, or preparation containing any stimulation or depressant substance listed in subsection A from the application of all or any part of this chapter if the compound, mixture, or preparation contains one or more active medicinal ingredients not having a stimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system, and if the admixtures are included therein in combinations, quantity, proportion, or concentration that vitiate the potential for abuse of the substances which have a stimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system.6\n\nUnless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any quantity of the following substances, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers whenever the existence of such salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation:\n\t\t\tAnabolic steroids, including, but not limited to:\n\t\t\t3beta,17-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t3alpha,17beta-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t5alpha-androstan-3,17-dione;\n\t\t\t1-androstenediol 1.<\/span> Unless specifically exempted or listed in another schedule, any material<\/span>, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a depressant effect on the central nervous system:\n\t\t\tAny substance which contains any quantity of a derivative of barbituric acid, or any salt of a derivative of barbituric acid, except those substances which are specifically listed in other schedules<\/span>;\n\t\t\tAny compound, mixture or preparation containing amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital or any salt of amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital and one or more other active medicinal ingredients which are not listed in Schedules<\/span> II through V;\n\t\t\tAny suppository dosage form containing amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital or any salt of amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital and approved by the Food and Drug Administration for marketing only as a suppository;\n\t\t\tChlorhexadol;\n\t\t\tAny drug product<\/span> containing gamma hydroxybutyric acid, including its salts, isomers<\/span>, and salts of isomers<\/span>, for which an application is approved under section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 355);\n\t\t\tEmbutramide;\n\t\t\tKetamine, its salts, isomers<\/span>, and salts of isomers<\/span> (some other names: [+-] -2-[2-chlorophenyl]-2-[methylamino]-cyclohexanone);\n\t\t\tLysergic acid;\n\t\t\tLysergic acid amide;\n\t\t\tMethyprylon;\n\t\t\tPerampanel [2-(2-oxo-1-phenyl-5-pyridin-2-yl-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl) benxonitrile], including its salts, isomers<\/span>, and salts of isomers<\/span>;\n\t\t\tSulfondiethylmethane;\n\t\t\tSulfonethylmethane;\n\t\t\tSulfonmethane; and\n\t\t\tTiletamine-zolazepam combination product or any salt thereof. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> Nalorphine. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.<\/span> Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule:\n\t\t\ta. Any material<\/span>, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any of the following narcotic drugs<\/span> or their salts thereof:\n\t\t\tBuprenorphine.\n\t\t\tb. Any material<\/span>, compound, mixture, or preparation containing limited quantities of any of the following narcotic drugs<\/span>, or any salts thereof:\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with an equal or greater quantity of an isoquinoline alkaloid of opium;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of dihydrocodeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 300 milligrams of ethylmorphine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or not more than 15 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 500 milligrams of opium per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams, or not more than 25 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 50 milligrams of morphine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.<\/span> Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material<\/span>, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a stimulant effect on the central nervous system, including its salts, isomers<\/span> (whether optical, position, or geometric), and salts of such isomers<\/span> whenever the existence of such salts, isomers<\/span>, and salts of isomers<\/span> is possible within the specific chemical designation:\n\t\t\tBenzphetamine;\n\t\t\tChlorphentermine;\n\t\t\tClortermine;\n\t\t\tPhendimetrazine. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.<\/span> The Board<\/span> may except by regulation any compound, mixture, or preparation containing any stimulation or depressant substance listed in subsection A from the application of all or any part of this chapter if the compound, mixture, or preparation contains one or more active medicinal ingredients not having a stimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system, and if the admixtures are included therein in combinations, quantity, proportion, or concentration that vitiate the potential for abuse of the substances which have a stimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system. <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.<\/span> Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material<\/span>, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any quantity of the following substances, including its salts, isomers<\/span>, and salts of isomers<\/span> whenever the existence of such salts of isomers<\/span> is possible within the specific chemical designation:\n\t\t\tAnabolic steroids<\/span>, including, but not limited to:\n\t\t\t3beta,17-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t3alpha,17beta-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t5alpha-androstan-3,17-dione;\n\t\t\t1-androstenediol Unless specifically exempted or listed in another schedule, any material,\ncompound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following\nsubstances having a depressant effect on the central nervous system:\n\t\t\tAny substance which contains any quantity of a derivative of barbituric acid,\nor any salt of a derivative of barbituric acid, except those substances which\nare specifically listed in other schedules;\n\t\t\tAny compound, mixture or preparation containing amobarbital, secobarbital, or\npentobarbital or any salt of amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital and one\nor more other active medicinal ingredients which are not listed in Schedules II\nthrough V;\n\t\t\tAny suppository dosage form containing amobarbital, secobarbital, or\npentobarbital or any salt of amobarbital, secobarbital, or pentobarbital and\napproved by the Food and Drug Administration for marketing only as a\nsuppository;\n\t\t\tChlorhexadol;\n\t\t\tAny drug product containing gamma hydroxybutyric acid, including its salts,\nisomers, and salts of isomers, for which an application is approved under\nsection 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 355);\n\t\t\tEmbutramide;\n\t\t\tKetamine, its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers (some other names: [+-]\n-2-[2-chlorophenyl]-2-[methylamino]-cyclohexanone);\n\t\t\tLysergic acid;\n\t\t\tLysergic acid amide;\n\t\t\tMethyprylon;\n\t\t\tPerampanel [2-(2-oxo-1-phenyl-5-pyridin-2-yl-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl)\nbenxonitrile], including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers;\n\t\t\tSulfondiethylmethane;\n\t\t\tSulfonethylmethane;\n\t\t\tSulfonmethane; and\n\t\t\tTiletamine-zolazepam combination product or any salt thereof.\n\n2. Nalorphine.\n\n3. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule:\n\t\t\ta. Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any of the\nfollowing narcotic drugs or their salts thereof:\n\t\t\tBuprenorphine.\n\t\t\tb. Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing limited\nquantities of any of the following narcotic drugs, or any salts thereof:\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters\nor not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with an equal or greater\nquantity of an isoquinoline alkaloid of opium;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of codeine, or any of its salts, per 100 milliliters\nor not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active,\nnonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 1.8 grams of dihydrocodeine, or any of its salts, per 100\nmilliliters or not more than 90 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more\nactive, nonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 300 milligrams of ethylmorphine, or any of its salts, per 100\nmilliliters or not more than 15 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more\ningredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 500 milligrams of opium per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams,\nor not more than 25 milligrams per dosage unit, with one or more active,\nnonnarcotic ingredients in recognized therapeutic amounts;\n\t\t\tNot more than 50 milligrams of morphine, or any of its salts, per 100\nmilliliters or per 100 grams with one or more active, nonnarcotic ingredients in\nrecognized therapeutic amounts.\n\n4. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any\nmaterial, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the\nfollowing substances having a stimulant effect on the central nervous system,\nincluding its salts, isomers (whether optical, position, or geometric), and\nsalts of such isomers whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts\nof isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation:\n\t\t\tBenzphetamine;\n\t\t\tChlorphentermine;\n\t\t\tClortermine;\n\t\t\tPhendimetrazine.\n\n5. The Board may except by regulation any compound, mixture, or preparation\ncontaining any stimulation or depressant substance listed in subsection A from\nthe application of all or any part of this chapter if the compound, mixture, or\npreparation contains one or more active medicinal ingredients not having a\nstimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system, and if the\nadmixtures are included therein in combinations, quantity, proportion, or\nconcentration that vitiate the potential for abuse of the substances which have\na stimulant or depressant effect on the central nervous system.\n\n6. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any\nmaterial, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any quantity of the\nfollowing substances, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers\nwhenever the existence of such salts of isomers is possible within the specific\nchemical designation:\n\t\t\tAnabolic steroids, including, but not limited to:\n\t\t\t3beta,17-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t3alpha,17beta-dihydroxy-5a-androstane;\n\t\t\t5alpha-androstan-3,17-dione;\n\t\t\t1-androstenediol (Trienbolone)(Trienolone)(17beta-hydroxyestr-4,9,11-trien-3-one);\nand\n\t\t\tAny salt, ester, or ether of a drug or substance described or listed in this\nparagraph. However, such term does not include an anabolic steroid which is\nexpressly intended for administration through implants to cattle or other\nnonhuman species and which has been approved by the United States Secretary of\nHealth and Human Services for such administration. If any person prescribes,\ndispenses, or distributes any such steroid for human use, such person shall be\nconsidered to have prescribed, dispensed, or distributed an anabolic steroid\nwithin the meaning of this subsection.\n\n7.
