<a id=\"paragraph-221844\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#A10\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"A11\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">11.<\/span> An allocation to each <span class=\"dictionary\">cooperative interest<\/span> of the <span class=\"dictionary\">allocated interests<\/span> in the manner described in &#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Allocation of ownership interests, votes, and common expense liabilities\" href=\"\/55.1-2118\/\">55.1-2118<\/a>; <a id=\"paragraph-221845\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#A11\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"A12\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">12.<\/span> Any restrictions on (i) use and occupancy of the <span class=\"dictionary\">units<\/span>, (ii) alienation of the <span class=\"dictionary\">cooperative interests<\/span>, and (iii) the amount for which a <span class=\"dictionary\">cooperative interest<\/span> may be sold or the amount that may be received by a <span class=\"dictionary\">proprietary lessee<\/span> upon sale of, condemnation of, or casualty loss to the <span class=\"dictionary\">unit<\/span> or the cooperative or termination of the cooperative; <a id=\"paragraph-221846\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#A12\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"A13\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">13.<\/span> The recording data for recorded easements and licenses appurtenant to, or included in, the cooperative or to which any portion of the cooperative is or may become subject by virtue of a reservation in the <span class=\"dictionary\">declaration<\/span>; and <a id=\"paragraph-221847\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#A13\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"A14\" class=\"indent-1\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">14.<\/span> All matters required by &#xA7;&#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Leasehold cooperatives\" href=\"\/55.1-2117\/\">55.1-2117<\/a>, <a class=\"law\" title=\"Allocation of ownership interests, votes, and common expense liabilities\" href=\"\/55.1-2118\/\">55.1-2118<\/a>, <a class=\"law\" title=\"Limited common elements\" href=\"\/55.1-2119\/\">55.1-2119<\/a>, <a class=\"law\" title=\"Use for sales purposes\" href=\"\/55.1-2125\/\">55.1-2125<\/a>, and <a class=\"law\" title=\"Easement rights\" href=\"\/55.1-2126\/\">55.1-2126<\/a> and subsection D of &#xA7; <a class=\"law\" title=\"Executive board members and officers\" href=\"\/55.1-2134\/\">55.1-2134<\/a>. <a id=\"paragraph-221848\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#A14\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"B\"><p><span class=\"prefix-number\">B.<\/span> The <span class=\"dictionary\">declaration<\/span> may contain any other matters the declarant deems appropriate. <a id=\"paragraph-221849\" class=\"section-permalink\" href=\"https:\/\/vacode.org\/55.1-2116\/#B\"><i class=\"fa fa-link\"><\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>","plain_text":"                                 CODE OF VIRGINIA\n\nCONTENTS OF DECLARATION (\u00a7 55.1-2116)\n\nA. The declaration shall contain:\n\n   1. The name of the cooperative, which shall include the word\n   &#8220;cooperative&#8221; or be followed by the words &#8220;a\n   cooperative,&#8221; and the association;\n\n   2. The name of every county or city in which any part of the cooperative is\n   situated;\n\n   3. A legally sufficient description of the real estate included in the\n   cooperative;\n\n   4. A statement of the maximum number of units that the declarant reserves the\n   right to create;\n\n   5. A description, which may be by plats or plans, of each unit created by the\n   declaration, including the unit&#8217;s identifying number, its size or number\n   of rooms, and its location within a building if it is within a building\n   containing more than one unit;\n\n   6. A description of any limited common elements, other than those specified in\n   subdivisions 2 and 4 of &#xA7; 55.1-2113;\n\n   7. A description of any real estate, except real estate subject to development\n   rights, that may be allocated subsequently as limited common elements, other\n   than limited common elements specified in subdivisions 2 and 4 of &#xA7;\n   55.1-2113, together with a statement that they may be so allocated;\n\n   8. A description of any development rights and other special declarant rights\n   reserved by the declarant, together with a legally sufficient description of\n   the real estate to which each of those rights applies, and a time limit within\n   which each of those rights are required to be exercised;\n\n   9. If any development right may be exercised with respect to different parcels\n   of real estate at different times, a statement to that effect together with\n   (i) either a statement fixing the boundaries of those portions and regulating\n   the order in which those portions may be subjected to the exercise of each\n   development right or a statement that no assurances are made in those regards\n   and (ii) a statement as to whether, if any development right is exercised in\n   any portion of the real estate subject to that development right, that\n   development right is required to be exercised in all or in any other portion\n   of the remainder of that real estate;\n\n   10. Any other conditions or limitations under which the rights described in\n   subdivision 8 may be exercised or will lapse;\n\n   11. An allocation to each cooperative interest of the allocated interests in\n   the manner described in &#xA7; 55.1-2118;\n\n   12. Any restrictions on (i) use and occupancy of the units, (ii) alienation of\n   the cooperative interests, and (iii) the amount for which a cooperative\n   interest may be sold or the amount that may be received by a proprietary\n   lessee upon sale of, condemnation of, or casualty loss to the unit or the\n   cooperative or termination of the cooperative;\n\n   13. The recording data for recorded easements and licenses appurtenant to, or\n   included in, the cooperative or to which any portion of the cooperative is or\n   may become subject by virtue of a reservation in the declaration; and\n\n   14. All matters required by &#xA7;&#xA7; 55.1-2117, 55.1-2118, 55.1-2119,\n   55.1-2125, and 55.1-2126 and subsection D of &#xA7; 55.1-2134.\n\nB.
