A copy of the current budget reflecting the anticipated time-share estate\n   occupancy expenses along with:\n   \t\t\t\ta. A statement as to who prepared the budget;\n   \t\t\t\tb. A statement of the budgetary assumptions concerning occupancy factors;\n   \t\t\t\tc. A description of any provision made in the budget for reserves for\n   repairs and replacement;\n   \t\t\t\td. A statement of any other reserves;\n   \t\t\t\te. The projected financial liability for each time-share estate owner,\n   including a statement of (i) the nature of all charges, assessments,\n   maintenance fees, and other expenses that may be assessed; (ii) the current\n   amounts assessed; and (iii) the method and formula for changing any such\n   assessments; and\n   \t\t\t\tf. A statement of any services not reflected in the budget that the\n   developer provides, or expenses that it pays, that the association expects may\n   become a time-share expense at any subsequent time, and the projected\n   time-share expense assessment attributable to each of those services or\n   expenses for the association and for each time-share; and\n\n   9. A statement of the location of the books and records of the association\n   along with the name and contact address of the custodian of such books and\n   records.\n\nC.
