of not more than $50,000 and, in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine of not more than $200,000.B\n\nIn addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, an employee of the casino gaming operator who violates this section shall have his permit revoked and shall be subject to such further penalty as the Department deems appropriate.C\n\nIn addition to the penalties
