2024, cc. 793, 796, 821, 828.","full_text":"As used in this chapter, unless the context requires another meaning:\n\t\t“Child-resistant packaging” means packaging that is designed or constructed to meet the child-resistant effectiveness standards set forth in 16 C.F.R. \u00a7 1700.15(b)(1) when tested in accordance with the protocols described in 16 C.F.R. \u00a7 1700.20 as in effect on July 1, 2015.\n\t\t“Department” means the Department of Taxation.\n\t\t“Liquid nicotine” means the same as that term is defined in \u00a7 58.1-1021.01.\n\t\t“Liquid nicotine container” means a bottle or other container holding liquid nicotine in any concentration but does not include a cartridge containing liquid nicotine if such cartridge is prefilled and sealed by the manufacturer of such cartridge and is not intended to be opened by the consumer.\n\t\t“Nicotine vapor product”means the same as that term is defined in \u00a7 58.1-1021.01 and includes liquid nicotine containers.\n\t\t“Retail dealer” means the same as that term is defined in \u00a7 58.1-1021.01.\n\t\t“Retail tobacco product” means (i) any product containing, made of, or derived from tobacco or that contains nicotine that is intended for human consumption or is likely to be consumed, whether smoked, heated, chewed, dissolved, inhaled, absorbed, or ingested by other means, including a cigarette, a heated tobacco product, chewing tobacco, snuff, or snus;
