1.<\/span> A self-assessment report<\/span> and any portion or contents thereof are privileged and are not admissible<\/span> or subject to discovery<\/span> in any civil or administrative litigation<\/span>, action, proceeding, or investigation; <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.<\/span> The self-assessment privilege<\/span> shall be applicable regardless of whether a bank regulator<\/span> or any other governmental authority in possession<\/span> of a self-assessment report<\/span> or any portion or contents thereof subsequently discloses it or any portion or contents thereof to a third party<\/span> (i) in accordance with subsection B of § 6.2-101<\/a> or (ii) as required or permitted by any other state or federal law<\/span>; and <\/i><\/a><\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
