Water quality reporting requirements in subsection D of \u00a7 10.1-2127, subsection C of \u00a7 10.1-2128.1, and \u00a7 10.1-2134 shall be annually consolidated in the November 1 report. If there are questions as to the status of the clean-up effort, the chairman of any of these committees may convene his committee for the purpose of receiving testimony.
