Grants awarded for projects related to\nChesapeake Bay TMDL requirements may take into account total phosphorus\nreductions or total nitrogen reductions. Grants awarded for eligible projects in\nlocalities with high or above average fiscal stress as reported by the\nCommission on Local Government may account for more than 50 percent of the costs\nof a project.\n\nC.
