Is one of the following:\n\t\t\ta. A transfer on death deed that revokes the transfer on death deed or part\nof the transfer on death deed expressly;\n\t\t\tb. A transfer on death deed that names a designated beneficiary that is\ninconsistent with the designated beneficiary in a prior transfer on death deed;\n\t\t\tc. An instrument of revocation that expressly revokes the transfer on death\ndeed or part of the transfer on death deed; or\n\t\t\td. An inter vivos deed that conveys real property to another so the\ntransferor is no longer the owner at the time of the transferor&#8217;s death.\n\n2.
