CODE OF VIRGINIA

CREDIT FOR EXCESSIVE WATER AND SEWER CHARGES (§ 15.2-2119.1)

A locality or authority, as such term is defined in § 15.2-5101, may provide a
partial credit for excessive water and sewer charges where high water usage is
caused by damaged pipes, leaks, accidents, or other intentional or unintentional
causes.
