CODE OF VIRGINIA

COOPERATION BETWEEN DISTRICTS AND ADJOINING LOCALITIES (§ 15.2-4809)

Any district created under the provisions of this chapter may enter into
agreements with adjoining localities for joint or cooperative action in
accordance with the authority contained in § 15.2-1300.
