ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS (§ 15.2-967.2)

Any locality may locate and operate a retail fee-based electric vehicle charging
station on property the locality owns or leases. A locality may provide that the
use of such station is restricted to employees of the locality and authorized
visitors and may install signage that provides notice of such restriction.
