SAME; BINGO GAMES, RAFFLES, DUCK RACES, AND TEXAS HOLD’EM POKER
TOURNAMENTS CONDUCTED BY CERTAIN ORGANIZATIONS (§ 18.2-334.2)

Nothing in this article shall apply to any bingo game, instant bingo, network
bingo, raffle, duck race, or Texas Hold’em poker tournament conducted
solely by organizations as defined in § 18.2-340.16 which have received a
permit as set forth in § 18.2-340.25, or which are exempt from the permit
requirement under § 18.2-340.23.
