CODE OF VIRGINIA VERDICT AND JUDGMENT, WHEN JURY AGREE AS TO SOME AND DISAGREE AS TO OTHERS (§ 19.2-287) When two or more persons are charged and tried jointly, the jury may render a verdict as to any of them as to whom they agree.
